❥ Estos Términos y Condiciones pueden cambiar en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
❥ La violación de estos términos dará por terminada cualquier transacción.
❥ No soy responsable si el cliente no lee los Términos y Condiciones.
❥ Si el cliente realizara algún tipo de conducta agresiva, acosara (sexualmente o de otra forma), amenazara, tratase de contactarme en persona o me pidiera información personal, la transacción se dará por cancelada sin derecho a reembolso, el cliente será bloqueado y no se volverá a hacer tratos con este en el futuro.
❥ Los Términos y Condiciones no son negociables.

✦✧ ANTES DE COMISIONARME: ✧✦

❥ SIEMPRE tienes que darme créditos.
❥ Tengo todos los derechos de tu comisión.
❥ No puedes revender la comisión a no ser que yo me lleve un 40% o se pague los derechos de la misma (x2 del precio de la comisión).
❥ Esta terminantemente PROHIBIDO modificar, hacer recolor o calco de imagen.
❥ Tengo derecho a rechazar tu comisión sin dar explicación alguna.
❥ Si pides una comisión voy a asumir que leíste y aceptaste los términos y condiciones.

✦✧ PAGO Y ENTREGA: ✧✦

❥ Mi único método de pago internacional es vía PayPal
❥ Pago antes de empezar la comisión.
❥ Se enviará un invoice de lo que pidas.
❥ Se cobra un extra de 10% del precio por el movimiento de dinero.
❥ El tiempo que tarda en terminar su comisión varía de 1 día a 1 semana.
❥ Te avisaré si surge algo que retrasará tu comisión.
❥ Las comisiones son por lista, y orden de llegada.

✦✧ PEDIDOS Y PROCESO: ✧✦

❥ Para solicitar comisiones o hacer preguntas sobre las mismas, puedes hablar conmigo directamente en Twitter o VGen.
❥ Usaría un correo electrónico del cliente para enviar la finalización de la comisión.
❥ Para el seguimiento de la comisión utilizo 3 pasos (NO APLICA EN YCH):✦ Paso 1: Muestro un boceto de como quedaría la ilustración, haciendo preguntas y cambiando detalles al gusto solicitado por el cliente.
✦ Paso 2: Lineart, mostrando como quedaría el dibujo final.
(Aquí es en el último paso donde acepto cambios)
✦ Paso 3: El coloreado, mostrando los tonos y cambiando colores al gusto, finalmente cambiando detalles y mostrando el dibujo terminado para iniciar la entrega.

✦✧ QUÉ NECESITO PARA HACER TU COMISIÓN: ✧✦

❥ Hoja de referencia o foto.
❥ Tipo y categoría de la comisión.
❥ Descripción de lo que quieras comisionar bien detallado.
❥ Una descripción breve de la personalidad y/o lore (opcional).
❥ Alguna cosa extra (Imagen de pose, expresión, etc.) (opcional)

✦✧ REEMBOLSO: ✧✦

❥ NO hago reembolsos después del boceto aprobado.
❥ Solo proporcionaré un reembolso total o parcial si no puedo terminar el encargo dentro del tiempo establecido, y en caso de no tener prórrogas acordadas entre ambos, el cliente y el artista.

✦✧ PRIORIDAD EN TU COMISIÓN: ✧✦

❥ Si quieres que tu comisión se haga antes que otras, se te cobrará una tarifa de prioridad acordada que no será menor al 15% extra . Si la fecha límite es imposible de manejar, el pedido será rechazado antes de que se haga algún pago.

✦✧ PRIVACIDAD EN TU COMISIÓN: ✧✦

❥ Si quieres que tu comisión NO SE PUBLIQUE durante un periodo de tiempo, se tendrá que pagar entre 2 - 10% extra según el tiempo de guardado.
❥ Se guarda gratis durante una semana con previo aviso.
❥ Si NO se avisa, subiré WIP y resultado final en mis redes y galería.

✦✧ OVER THE ToS: ✧✦

❥ These Terms and Conditions may change at any time without prior notice.
❥ Violation of these terms will terminate any transaction.
❥ I am not responsible if the client does not read the Terms and Conditions.
❥ If the customer engages in any type of aggressive behavior, harasses (sexually or otherwise), threatens, tries to contact me in person or asks for personal information, the transaction will be canceled without the right to a refund, the customer will be blocked and no further dealings will be made with him in the future.
❥ The Terms and Conditions are not negotiable.

✦✧ BEFORE COMMISSIONING: ✧✦

❥ ALWAYS you have to give me credits.
❥ I have all the rights to your commission.
❥ You cannot resell the commission unless I take 40% of the profits or the rights thereof are paid (x2 of the commission price).
❥ It is strictly PROHIBITED to modify, recolor or trace the image.
❥ I have the right to reject your commission without giving any explanation.
❥ If you request a commission I will assume that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

✦✧ PAYMENT AND DELIVERY: ✧✦

❥ My only international payment method is via PayPal.
❥ Payment before starting the commission.
❥ An invoice of what you order will be sent.
❥ An extra 10% of the price is charged for the movement of money.
❥ The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 day to 1 week.
❥ I will let you know if something comes up that will delay your commission.
❥ Commissions are per list, and order of arrival.

✦✧ ORDERS AND PROCESS: ✧✦

❥ To request commissions or ask questions about them, you can talk to me directly on Twitter or VGen.
❥ I would use a customer email to send commission completion.
❥ To track the commission I use 3 steps (NOT APPLICABLE IN YCH):✦ Step 1: I show a sketch of how the illustration would look, asking questions and changing details to the taste requested by the client.
✦ Step 2: Lineart, showing how the final drawing would look.
(This is the last step where I accept changes)
✦ Step 3: Coloring, showing the tones and changing colors to taste, finally changing details and showing the finished drawing to begin delivery.

✦✧ WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE YOUR COMMISSION: ✧✦

❥ Reference sheet or photo.
❥ Type and category of the commission.
❥ Very detailed description of what you want to commission.
❥ A brief description of the personality and/or lore (optional).
❥ Some extra things (Image of pose, expression, etc.) (optional)

✦✧ REFUND: ✧✦

❥ I DO NOT make refunds after the approved sketch.
❥ I will only provide a full or partial refund if I cannot complete the order within the established time, and if there are no extensions agreed upon by both the client and the artist.

✦✧ PRIORITY IN YOUR COMMISSION: ✧✦

❥ If you want your commission to be made before others, you will be charged an agreed priority fee that will not be less than 15% extra. If the deadline is unmanageable, the order will be rejected before any payment is made.

✦✧ PRIVACY IN YOUR COMMISSION: ✧✦

❥ If you want your commission to NOT BE PUBLISHED for a period of time, you will have to pay between 2 - 10% extra depending on the save time.
❥ It is kept free for one week with prior notice.
❥ If NOT is notified, I will upload WIP and final result on my networks and gallery.
